More than 50 tradesmen worked in the house at the same time to complete this whole-house remodel in just 90 days, a large part of which was the master bath remodel. The vaulted ceiling was reframed into a segmented arch shape with light coves running the length of the bathroom. The owners chose luxurious materials for this one-of-a-kind luxury spa retreat: calypso gold marble slabs for the shower walls, vanities and tub deck; cream pearl marble tiles to cover the bath floors—with radiant floor heating underneath—African mahogany wood for the millwork and custom cabinets; and Tru-Style 3-lite sandblasted glass doors for the closet spaces.

Because of the additional water going to this bathroom space, plumbing and drain lines had to be increased to handle the extra volume. The gas meter and electrical service panels were upgraded to handle the new gas fueled tankless water heaters.

Other luxury amenities include the sitting area, complete with HD flat screen TV, coffee bar and wine chiller.
